We’re sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with your purchase. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, and the product(s) you’d like to return/exchange; we’ll take it from there!
Ever since COVID began, China Customs is not accepting returned packages.
We will only accept refunds/exchange if the replica product (belt, wallet, bags, clothes, shoes) itself is damaged, defective, or not as ordered.
All return requests must be processed by contacting us via email at ret[email protected] within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
If this happens, you can choose either an exchange (a new item will be shipped to you) or a refund amounting to what you paid for your item (minus payment processing fees), all through our own chosen refund method.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs, as well as returning the product safely to our return address.
We will instruct you where to return your bag(s).

At the beginning of the process, you must contact us in order to process your return request and receive a refund/replacement.
Our shipping forwarders will not accept returns. This is why you need a return address and RMA number from our returns department.
Once you’ve received our instructions, you must ship your package via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number once available. In these circumstances, we will lose the initial cost of shipping to you (we provide Express shipping free of charge), so, unfortunately, we can not offer to pay the return fees as well.
In rare occasions a return could be seized by customs, therefore we are not responsible and can’t issue refunds. However, this is a rare occasion.
